Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been purchased. Please ensure you are selecting the correct length, texture, and color before completing your purchase.
3. Color Services Turnaround Time
If you request custom color services, please allow a minimum of one (1) week for processing. Orders with color customization may not be expedited and must be scheduled accordingly.
4. Client Inspection Upon Purchase
Customers are required to inspect their extensions upon receipt. Any concerns regarding quality or order accuracy must be addressed before leaving the store or before installing the hair. Once the product is used, altered, or installed, we are unable to make adjustments.
